A LITTLE HELP FOR THE ROAD
Let’s get you
moving again.
A few useful places to start with planning, purchases and sharing in Just Route It.
Planning & navigation
Check your internet connection and allow JRI to use your location in iPhone Settings. Add your stops, choose the start and finish, then calculate your route. Basic navigation follows the order you entered; stop-order optimization requires a subscription.
Route times, fuel use, fuel cost and arrival times are estimates. Follow posted road restrictions and conditions. Vehicle-aware routing depends on the details you enter and the available routing data.
Subscriptions & restoring access
- Open JRI’s Settings and select JRI subscription.
- Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Use Apple’s subscription settings to manage or cancel a subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple’s subscription helpOptional dashboard sharing
Open Friends in JRI’s Settings to review your current connection. JRI supports sharing with one approved viewer at a time. Private pauses updates while keeping navigation available. Resuming starts at your current location, without filling the private gap.
Stopping sharing prevents future authorized updates. It cannot recall information already received or exported by your viewer. Sharing status and access depend on your current connection and permissions.
Privacy & account deletion
Core routing and purchases do not require a JRI account. Optional Friends sharing uses a service account. Use the in-app Delete Account control for that account, and retry any unsuccessful deletion after reconnecting. Privacy and deletion controls do not require a subscription.
